Welcome to ADFERIA.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ADFERIA.com and its advertising, discovery, account, reporting, and related services.

By using ADFERIA, creating an advertiser account, or submitting an advertisement, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

1. What ADFERIA Does

ADFERIA is an advertising and business-discovery platform.

Businesses and advertisers may submit advertisements that can include products, services, offers, events, websites, physical locations, images, videos, contact information, and other promotional information.

Visitors can search, browse, view, click, and share advertisements.

ADFERIA does not become the seller, service provider, employer, customer, or other party to a transaction simply because an advertisement appears on ADFERIA.

2. Advertiser Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an advertiser account.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity performed through your account.

Advertiser accounts are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.

You may not create accounts using another person’s identity or falsely claim to represent a business.

3. Email Verification

ADFERIA may require advertisers to verify their email address.

You agree that ADFERIA may send service-related messages such as verification codes, security notices, account notices, and messages necessary to operate the service.

4. Posting Advertisements

Advertisers are responsible for the advertisements they submit.

By posting an advertisement, you represent that:

The information is truthful to the best of your knowledge
You have the right to advertise the product, service, business, image, offer, or other material
Your advertisement does not violate applicable law
Your advertisement does not infringe another person’s intellectual property
Prices, offers, discounts, claims, and availability are not intentionally deceptive
Contact information and destination links are legitimate
You have permission to use uploaded images, logos, videos, and other content

5. Prohibited Content

ADFERIA may reject or remove advertisements involving:

Fraud or scams
Deliberately false or misleading claims
Illegal products or services
Stolen or counterfeit goods
Malware, phishing, or harmful links
Impersonation
Copyright or trademark infringement
Threats, harassment, or illegal discrimination
Exploitation or trafficking
Non-consensual intimate material
Illegal sexual services
Content promoting illegal activity
Material that creates a serious safety or security risk
Any content ADFERIA reasonably determines could harm users or the platform

This list is not exhaustive.

6. Advertisement Review and Moderation

Advertisements may require approval before appearing publicly.

ADFERIA may approve, reject, edit the status of, unpublish, suspend, or remove advertisements when reasonably necessary.

Approval does not mean that ADFERIA has independently verified every statement, business, product, service, license, price, offer, image, or claim contained in an advertisement.

ADFERIA may use individual, bulk, automated, or other moderation tools. ADFERIA is not promising that every advertisement will be individually investigated before publication.

Advertisers remain responsible for their advertisements even after an advertisement has been approved.

7. Rights to Advertiser Content

You keep ownership of content that belongs to you.

By submitting content to ADFERIA for publication, you give ADFERIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and make the content available through ADFERIA for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

This permission continues while your content is available through ADFERIA and for a reasonable period necessary for backups, records, reporting, or technical operations.

8. Views, Clicks, Shares and Advertising Reports

ADFERIA provides advertising performance reports designed to give advertisers useful and honest information.

Reports may include:

Total Views
Unique Views
Total Clicks
Unique Clicks
CTR
Unique CTR
Shares
Device information
Click dates and times

A qualified advertisement view is measured using ADFERIA’s tracking rules.

Total activity may include legitimate repeat interest.

Unique activity represents ADFERIA’s estimate of different visitors based on technical identifiers.

CTR is calculated using total clicks divided by total views.

Unique CTR is calculated using unique clicks divided by unique views.

ADFERIA may filter rapid duplicate activity, bots, spam, suspected fraud, technical errors, or other activity that could artificially inflate results.

Because Internet measurements are never perfect, all statistics should be considered reasonable performance estimates rather than guaranteed exact counts.

9. No Guarantee of Advertising Results

ADFERIA does not guarantee:

A certain number of views
A certain number of clicks
Leads
Calls
Messages
Customers
Sales
Revenue
Search-engine rankings
Business success

Advertising results depend on many things outside ADFERIA’s control, including the advertisement, offer, audience, location, price, competition, and customer interest.

10. Free and Paid Services

ADFERIA may offer free advertising features.

ADFERIA may also offer sponsored advertisements, premium placements, subscriptions, upgrades, or other paid services.

Any applicable price will be disclosed before a user agrees to purchase a paid service.

The availability or price of free or paid services may change in the future.

Additional terms may apply to particular sponsored campaigns or paid services.

11. Business Information and Directions

Businesses may provide addresses and other location information.

Advertisers are responsible for making sure their address and location information is accurate.

ADFERIA may provide a Get Directions feature that opens a third-party mapping service.

ADFERIA is not responsible for incorrect directions, map information, road conditions, or information provided by third-party mapping services.

12. Calls and External Websites

Some advertisements may contain Call Now, Visit Website, Shop Now, Book Now, Get Quote, or other actions.

These actions may connect visitors directly with an advertiser or third-party website.

ADFERIA does not control transactions that occur after a visitor leaves ADFERIA or contacts an advertiser.

Visitors should use their own judgment before purchasing products, sending money, making appointments, providing personal information, or entering agreements with advertisers.

13. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to their businesses.

This includes, where applicable:

Business licensing requirements
Advertising laws
Consumer-protection laws
Pricing and offer requirements
Professional licensing rules
Taxes
Refund policies
Product or service regulations
Intellectual-property laws

ADFERIA’s approval of an advertisement does not mean that ADFERIA has determined that the advertiser satisfies every legal requirement.

14. Intellectual Property Complaints

ADFERIA respects intellectual-property rights.

If you believe material posted on ADFERIA infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, contact:

Provide enough information for us to identify the material and understand the complaint.

ADFERIA may remove or restrict access to disputed material while a complaint is reviewed.

Because ADFERIA hosts user-submitted advertising material, I also recommend eventually registering a DMCA designated agent. The U.S. Copyright Office explains that certain online services seeking Section 512 safe-harbor protections must publish their designated agent information and register that agent with the Copyright Office.

15. Suspension and Termination

ADFERIA may suspend or terminate accounts or remove advertisements when reasonably necessary because of:

Violations of these Terms
Fraud
Spam
Abuse
Security threats
Repeated prohibited advertisements
Intellectual-property violations
Illegal activity
Attempts to manipulate advertising statistics
Conduct that harms ADFERIA or its users

We may also take reasonable steps to protect the platform while an issue is investigated.

16. ADFERIA Content and Branding

The ADFERIA name, website design, software, logos, original written material, and other content created by ADFERIA remain the property of ADFERIA or their respective owners.

You may not copy, impersonate, reproduce, or use ADFERIA branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or approval.

17. Blog and Educational Content

ADFERIA may publish articles about advertising, marketing, business, entrepreneurship, and related subjects.

This material is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Results will vary, and nothing in an article guarantees business, advertising, financial, legal, or other results.

18. Third-Party Content

ADFERIA contains advertisements and links created or supplied by third parties.

ADFERIA does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, legality, availability, or reliability of every advertiser, product, service, offer, or outside website.

The inclusion of an advertisement does not by itself mean that ADFERIA endorses the advertiser.

19. Service Availability

We work to keep ADFERIA available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting problems, Internet failures, security issues, or circumstances outside our control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, ADFERIA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not promise that every advertisement, advertiser, link, offer, report, or piece of information will always be accurate, complete, available, or error-free.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADFERIA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform, an advertiser, an advertisement, an external website, or a transaction between users and advertisers.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, advertisers agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from their advertisements, their products or services, their violation of these Terms, or their infringement of another person’s rights.

23. Privacy

Your use of ADFERIA is also subject to the ADFERIA Privacy Policy.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ADFERIA develops.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be changed.

Continued use of ADFERIA after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
