This policy applies to people who browse ADFERIA, advertisers who create accounts and post advertisements, and people who interact with advertisements on the website.

You may provide information to ADFERIA when you create an advertiser account, post an advertisement, edit an advertisement, or contact us.

  • Account login information
  • Advertisement title and description
  • Images
  • Category and business type
  • City and state
  • ZIP code
  • Street address
  • Phone number
  • Website or destination URL
  • Video links
  • Call-to-action information
  • Tags or keywords
  • Other information you choose to include in your advertisement

Information included in an approved advertisement may be displayed publicly.

For example, if you provide a street address for a brick-and-mortar business, that address may be shown or used to provide visitors with a Get Directions option.

Please do not include information in a public advertisement that you do not want the public to see.

2. Account and Email Verification Information

Advertisers may be required to verify their email address before using certain ADFERIA features.

We use the email address you provide to send account verification codes, security notices, account-related messages, and other messages necessary to operate your account.

Verification codes expire after a limited period and are used only for account verification and security.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

When someone visits or interacts with ADFERIA, we may automatically collect limited technical information.

This may include:

  • A visitor or session identifier
  • A hashed version of an IP address
  • Browser or user-agent information
  • General device type, such as mobile or desktop

ADFERIA uses this information to measure advertising performance, estimate unique visitors, prevent obvious duplicate activity, improve the website, and protect the service from abuse.

ADFERIA does not display a visitor’s IP address to advertisers.

4. Advertising Performance Tracking

ADFERIA provides advertisers with performance information about their advertisements.

This may include:

  • Total Views
  • Unique Views
  • Total Clicks
  • Unique Clicks
  • CTR
  • Unique CTR
  • Shares
  • Click date and time
  • General device type

Total activity may include legitimate repeat interest from the same visitor.

Unique activity is an estimate of different visitors based on technical identifiers used by ADFERIA.

ADFERIA may filter rapid duplicate actions, automated activity, suspicious activity, or other activity that may incorrectly inflate advertising results.

Advertisers do not receive the names, email addresses, or raw IP addresses of visitors simply because those visitors viewed or clicked an advertisement.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

ADFERIA uses a first-party visitor cookie to help recognize repeat visits and calculate unique advertising activity.

This allows ADFERIA to distinguish between overall activity and estimated unique visitors.

WordPress may also use cookies necessary for account login, security, and website functionality.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect website features or the accuracy of unique-visitor measurements.

6. Google Analytics

ADFERIA may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to better understand how visitors use the website.

If GA4 is enabled, Google Analytics may process information such as website activity, session information, approximate location, browser information, device information, and identifiers used for analytics. Google’s own privacy practices apply to information processed by Google.

ADFERIA does not intentionally send passwords or advertisement-account credentials to Google Analytics.

8. Public Advertisements

ADFERIA is an advertising and discovery platform.

Information advertisers intentionally submit for publication may become public after an advertisement is approved.

Public information may include the business name, advertisement content, image, location, phone number, address, website, offer, and other information included in the advertisement.

Visitors may also be able to share public advertisements through social networks, email, messaging services, or direct links.

9. When We Share Information

We may share information with companies that help us operate ADFERIA, such as:

  • Website hosting providers
  • Email delivery providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Security and infrastructure providers

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

ADFERIA does not sell personal information for money.

ADFERIA also does not currently operate a business based on selling visitor profiles or personal information to advertisers.

Certain U.S. state privacy laws give qualifying consumers rights involving access, deletion, correction, and the sale or sharing of personal information when those laws apply to a particular business.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Advertisements on ADFERIA may link to websites, stores, phone numbers, maps, social networks, or services operated by other companies.

Once you leave ADFERIA or interact directly with another service, that company’s privacy policy and terms apply.

ADFERIA does not control the privacy or security practices of third-party websites.

12. Google Maps and Directions

When a visitor chooses Get Directions, ADFERIA may send the business address to Google Maps or open a Google Maps page containing that location.

The visitor’s interaction with Google Maps is governed by Google’s terms and privacy practices.

13. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate ADFERIA, maintain advertiser accounts and reports, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Certain information may remain for a period of time in backups, logs, security records, or historical advertising reports.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.

However, no website, database, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning your personal information.

  • Correct inaccurate account information

16. Children’s Privacy

ADFERIA is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

COPPA places special requirements on websites directed to children under 13 and general-audience services that have actual knowledge they are collecting personal information from a child under 13.
